# AI Engine Technologies

AI Engine Technologies builds **locally-deployed AI voice and agent systems** for
professional service firms — law firms, clinics, accounting practices, and similar.
We are a small, deep engineering team, and we assemble AI from the ground up: the
large language model, the speech pipeline, and the retrieval layer are all things we
select, deploy, and tune ourselves. We are not a cloud resale.

## Why local

Running the model on your own infrastructure means **your data never leaves your
network**. There is no third-party API in the critical path, no recording shipped to
the cloud, and no per-token bill that quietly compounds. For regulated, confidential
work — client matters, patient information, financial records — that is the whole
point.

## The atomic capabilities

Every system we ship is composed from four layers, each of which we can build and
adjust independently:

- **Large language models** — model selection, evaluation, local deployment, and
  fine-tuning. We pick the model that fits the task and your hardware, rather than
  defaulting to the largest one available.
- **Speech** — speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) supporting English,
  Mandarin, and Cantonese, tuned for low latency and a natural voice.
- **Retrieval** — retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with reranking and
  graph-enhanced search (GraphRAG), so answers are accurate and traceable to a
  source document.
- **Agent development** — composing the layers above into a custom agent that does
  real work in your workflow.

## Products

Two systems are in production today:

- **Reception**, an AI front desk that answers calls and web inquiries around the
  clock, handling booking, triage, and routing without missing a call.
- **Advisor**, a customer-service assistant that keeps your firm's customer-service
  expertise **inside the company** and serves it to every agent in real time —
  cutting training time and backing up senior professionals through multi-tier
  permissions.

Both run fully on-premise.

## How we work

We work **by appointment** and quote each engagement against the actual workload. A
typical engagement starts with a free 30-minute consultation, moves to a scoped
proposal and quote, and ends with local deployment and ongoing maintenance. We take
on only what we can deliver well.

## Pricing

Products carry a starting price; custom development is quoted per project. We do not
publish a feature menu, because the right scope is different for every firm. Book a
