# How We Work Together

We work **by appointment** and quote every engagement against the real workload. The
process is intentionally simple: a conversation, a scoped proposal, and a deployed,
maintained system.

## The steps

1. **Book a consultation** — a free 30-minute call where we learn your business and
   what you are trying to automate.
2. **Proposal and quote** — a scoped plan and a fixed-scope quote based on the actual
   model, speech, and retrieval work required.
3. **Deploy and maintain** — local deployment on your infrastructure, followed by
   remote maintenance and ongoing tuning.

## Pricing

Products carry a starting price; **custom development is quoted per project**. We do
not publish a feature menu, because a fixed set of tiers would either overcharge you
or under-serve you. A short consultation lets us scope the real work and return a
straightforward quote — and because we take on only what we can deliver well, the
scope you are quoted is the scope you get.
